Current sub-processors
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Personal data is currently processed within the EU/EEA. Some sub-processors (for example at Weglot) may process data in the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses (SCC). Otherwise Mynder does not transfer personal data to third countries in ordinary use and operation of the platform. Should it nevertheless become relevant, it will only happen in accordance with GDPR Chapter V, and this page will then be updated.
Notification of changes
Customers are notified at least 30 days before Mynder adds or replaces a sub-processor, in line with the data processing agreement.
