As our CTO you will:
Lead technical development of our AI agent framework
Build and lead the product team
Own product backlog and technical roadmap

Mynder automates compliance with AI agents. We're building a multi-agent system that helps European businesses with GDPR, NIS2, AI Act, and sustainability. We're looking for a senior fullstack developer to help build our product from the ground up and scale it internationally in 2026.
Your responsibilities:
Develop the Mynder platform (frontend and backend)
Work with AI agents and automation
Code review and mentoring of junior developers
Contribute to technical decisions and architecture
Collaborate closely with CTO and product team + Team lead
Has solid experience with fullstack development (5+ years)
Masters modern web development technologies
Has experience with APIs, integrations, and scalable architecture
