Trust Profile — Digital Trust Passport
We are developing Trust Profile, a digital trust passport that makes it easier and safer for businesses to document, assess, and share information about security, privacy, and compliance.
The solution is being built as an innovation project in collaboration with Helse Vest IKT and several strong partners, supported by Innovation Norway. Trust Profile will make it possible to establish trust faster between businesses — especially in sectors with strict requirements for security and regulatory compliance.

Defensible AI agents — AI agents you can defend
Mynder is building the infrastructure that gives your organisation control over how AI agents act on your behalf — so every decision holds up under oversight, audit, and customer scrutiny.
AI agents are becoming part of everyday operations in regulated organisations — often faster than the frameworks can keep up. Defensible AI is about two things at once: agents that defend your business against risk in data, suppliers and regulation, and agents that are themselves defensible when someone asks for documentation on what they did and why.
NORA.startup
Mynder is a member of NORA.startup, the national innovation network for Norwegian AI startups. Synnøve Olset, CEO of Mynder, sits on the steering committee.
NORA.startup is the innovation network under NORA — Norwegian Artificial Intelligence Research Consortium — gathering Norwegian universities, colleges and research institutes within AI, machine learning and robotics. The network is recognised by Innovation Norway as an entrepreneurial ecosystem for AI.
HAT-CI
Mynder is an industry partner in the reference group for HAT-CI, which researches human-AI collaboration in safety-critical operations.
HAT-CI (Human-AI Teaming Framework in Cyber Security for Critical Infrastructures) is funded by the Research Council of Norway and led by IFE in collaboration with NTNU.

Why this work matters
The agentic shift
AI is moving from answering questions to carrying out tasks. This raises new questions about accountability, traceability and how people and technology work together.
Regulatory developments
Regulations such as the AI Act, NIS2 and DORA set requirements for documentation, traceability and human oversight. Research and pilots provide a better basis for meeting them in practice.
European technological sovereignty
Many organisations want solutions in which sensitive data stays in Europe. Mynder is developed in Norway, in collaboration with Norwegian research and innovation communities.
