The governance layer for your AI agents, whoever built them. Map AI across tools, follow up suppliers and ownership, and report to the board, regulators and auditors.
The AI agents do the work. Mynder gives you control.
In oil, energy and critical infrastructure, AI is being used for reporting, analysis and decision support. Management, the board and regulators expect the organisation to know where AI is used, who owns it and what risk it carries.

Overview and accountability
Know which AI agents you have – and who is responsible.
Before an organisation can govern its AI agents, it needs to know which agents exist and what they are used for.
Mynder maps AI agents automatically where the platforms provide the necessary access. Agents and AI services that cannot be discovered automatically can be registered manually. Gaps in visibility are marked as unknown.
The agents are then brought together in one overview: who owns them, which tasks they perform and which systems they use.
That gives a better basis for assessing risk and deciding which boundaries should apply.
Permissions and control
Decide what the agents are allowed to do.
Not every AI agent needs the same permissions.
One agent may be allowed to analyse information but not change it. Another may propose an action but must wait for approval before it is carried out.
Mynder helps the organisation define accountability and permissions for its agents.
The agent can retrieve and analyse information.
Propose
The agent can recommend actions that a human must approve.
The agent can carry out defined tasks within agreed boundaries.
Documentation and compliance
Be able to show what has been done, who is responsible and which requirements apply.
When AI agents become part of everyday work, the organisation must be able to document how they are governed.
Mynder logs all agent activity and provides a shared foundation for following up accountability, permissions, risk and relevant requirements.
That makes it easier to work systematically with compliance and show how the organisation follows up its use of AI agents.
Suppliers and supply chain
See which suppliers and subcontractors your AI agents are built on.
Every AI agent is built on services from suppliers. Mynder brings together which supplier is behind each agent, which agreements and DPAs apply, and which sub-processors are used.
Licences and spend
Mynder shows cost per agent, with figures taken from your own systems – year to date and per month.

Agents connected to Mynder via MCP are registered in the overview. Other agents are mapped through integrations where the platforms allow access, or registered manually. Employees can also use their own AI assistant to retrieve and visualise information from Mynder.
This can be an overview of systems, suppliers, risk, maturity and compliance status.
Mynder is your organisation's shared governance foundation. The AI assistant makes the information easy to use.
“Which AI systems and agents have we registered?”
“Create a dashboard showing our compliance status.”
“Show which areas need follow-up.”
The AI assistant can present the information as overviews, tables and dashboards, based on information already registered in Mynder.
AI agents, systems and suppliers are being adopted fast. Mynder brings the overview together, so leadership can see what is in use, who is responsible and what it costs.

Sara
Gathers facts from approved sources within your organisation's own boundaries, and delivers structured findings for a person to review. Sara never concludes on compliance.
The disconnected version of Sara is currently being tested in critical infrastructure, completely without an internet connection.
Better basis for decisions
Leadership sees the whole picture and can prioritise use, risk and costs.
Documented control
You can show who is responsible, what has been assessed and what has been decided.

Mynder provides a basis for documenting and following up requirements. Responsibility for compliance stays with the organisation.
Havtil asks: where do you use AI?
Regulators such as Havtil, the Norwegian Ocean Industry Authority, expect companies to manage risk in their own operations – including when AI becomes part of the work.
The question is simple: which AI systems and agents are in use, for what, and who is responsible? For many, the answer is spread across departments, tools and suppliers.
One overview across your tools
How much can be discovered automatically varies from source to source. Anything that can't be linked to an owner or a purpose is clearly marked as unknown, so it can be followed up.

Every agent has a supplier behind it
AI agents are built on services from suppliers, who in turn use subcontractors. Control of AI requires an overview of the whole chain.
